Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the original invoice is included in the package and/or the order number is clearly written on the returned package. Note that there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items or orders.
Any inquiries regarding potential issues must be emailed to contact@bandibeads.com within 7 days of receiving your order so that we are able to address and verify them in a timely manner. Please include your order number in the email.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a refund for your returned item. We will notify you if your return is rejected. Any fees Bandi Beads incurs from returned packages will be deducted from the final refund (i.e return import taxes or additional shipping charges). If the return has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Our buyers understand that by purchasing our products, the buyer assumes any and all responsibility and liability for the use of our products.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
As you proceed through checkout, please take a moment to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate. Regrettably, due to our expedited shipping process, we are unable to accommodate address changes once an order is confirmed.
We kindly ask that you double-check the address to avoid any potential delays or issues with delivery. While we strive to provide exceptional service, we are unable to assume responsibility for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the buyer.
In the event that your order is already in processing or has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address. Should the package be returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
